How to access the service
You access the Luton MSK service via a GP appointment. If your GP decides you need to be referred to the Luton MSK service they will create a referral and you will receive an appointment to the MSK service.
Your referral, outlining the problems you have been having, will be assessed and triaged by our experienced clinical team. You will then be offered a convenient appointment at one of our locations. This will be followed by a letter to your home address confirming the date, time and location of your appointment.
From my first appointment I felt like I mattered. The exercises were clear and explained well to me. Now on my 5th or 6th appointment my problems have reduced by at least 50% and I now know how to help myself at home.
